Vitargo starch, on the other hand, is a type of carbohydrate derived from starch, distinguished by its high molecular weight and low osmolality, allowing Vitargo to move quickly from the stomach into the bloodstream, where it is used as a source of easily digestible energy.
Potassium – a mineral component that is the most abundant intracellular cation. Potassium is found in dried legumes, nuts, spinach, potatoes, and pumpkin, as well as bananas and avocados.

Properties of ingredients in OstroVit Vitargo + Electrolytes + Vitamins
Potassium supports normal muscle function, while magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance. Calcium contributes to the normal function of muscles and digestive enzymes, while vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of the immune system during and after intense exercise. Thiamine contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism, riboflavin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and niacin supports the proper functioning of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid helps maintain normal mental performance, vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of optimal protein and glycogen metabolism, and folate supports the proper synthesis of amino acids. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal macronutrient metabolism, and vitamin B12 supports the proper production of red blood cells.
Mix a 75g serving (6 scoops) with 200ml of water for 1-2 minutes until completely dissolved using the shaker. Then, make up to 700ml with water. Consume immediately after preparation. Use 2 servings per day, preferably during and immediately after training.
