Properties of the ingredients in OstroVit Magnesium + Potassium 20 effervescent tablets:
- Potassium . An essential micronutrient in our diet, which is needed, among other things, for the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, contributes to the proper functioning of muscles and nerve transmission, but is mainly involved in the process of cell division and specialization.
- magnesium . It is one of the best known micronutrients, the sources of which are mainly nuts, cocoa and legumes. The right level in our diet contributes to reducing feelings of tiredness and fatigue, helps maintain electrolyte balance and supports the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system.
- Vitamin B6 . An essential daily B vitamin, which in combination with magnesium and potassium helps to reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue, helps to maintain normal functioning of the nervous system and thus normal psychological functions.
1 tablet per day. Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of lukewarm water, drink immediately after preparation. The product is intended for adults.
