How to use wraps properly:

• When wrapping your palm, make sure to stiffen your wrist and thumb to secure all the small bones so that neither finger is exposed to dislocation.
• Straps should not be too tight or come loose.
• If a hand is wrapped too tightly, it will be exposed to injury in the event of a blow.
• If a hand is wrapped too loosely, it may chafe or become injured.
