What can I expect from Amino Liquid?
Amino Liquid consists of liquid, essential Amino acids. These can be taken at any time of the day, but we especially recommend using Amino Liquid around training. Amino Liquid contains virtually no fat or carbohydrates and is therefore ideal for use during a diet.
How does Amino Liquid work?
Fanatical athletes have been using amino acids for years and BCAAs. While BCAAs are just 3 amino acids, Amino Liquid contains ALL essential amino acids. But why are these amino acids labeled "essential"? "Essential" means that the body doesn't produce these amino acids itself and must therefore obtain them from food. The product has been further optimized by adding Vitamin B6.
Usage
As a supplement to your daily diet, take 50 ml (approximately 5 tablespoons) throughout the day. Do this with a drink of your choice. Take 20 ml (2 tablespoons) immediately after training. This provides the body with its first dose of amino acids.
