Tip: Also use Light Sauce as a marinade!
The Light Sauces contain no sugar and are therefore perfect as a marinade. Rub the meat or fish with the sauce of your choice and let it sit covered for at least an hour. For the best flavor, we recommend leaving it covered in the refrigerator for a few hours. While baking or roasting, brush the last bit of marinade over the meat or fish for the ultimate flavor.
